    Whoa, talk about a wild assumption. 12 to 24 months to clear the final "12 weeks" of the EPA literally just writing the report and giving it to the minister? I'm not saying you're necessarily incorrect, but I'd love to hear a little more on your "research you have done around Perth" to back up these fairly outlandish predictions..
