thninks she had a go at that investigative body that was set up to look at all alternatives to vac and other mehtod in the future some near 2.5 - 3 years ago. reminder reading thier agenda and focus on certain areas, but SPL was NOT mentioned in their list but other companies were, very poor i thought at time....and thought this was just a gov knee cramping reaction to a political ... look at me i'm dong something.
