I say this with respect to the following, as per half year report, aggreement with Traxys Europe S.A. ( Traxys HoA )

"potential equity and debt arrangements through participating in funding raises
to support the company in the period until an anticipated FID is mase, and a contribution
towards funding requirements following an anticipated FID being made, in including
as a cornerstone equity investment or via the provision of working capital facilities"
