I'd rather give them cash increase. Buy back shares with company money, just to dilute again, maybe buy them back with company money. I'm all for the equivalent or more to be paid in cash, since we are profitable.
Give them options exercisable at 3c. Reward for SP being the same as 5 years ago is laughable, especially if it comes at the cost of holders.
he wants 25% salary as sharea? Give him 30% more pay to buy them himself
