The above was part of John's comments in the quarterly. Sounds to me like they aren't going to rush out and start recruiting a new CEO.
IMO they'll see how John gets on in the role and certainly leave things as they are while MT is still around to guide and suggest initiatives. My suspicion is that John is the main reason that MT is still hanging around. IMO he would not have wanted to see him chucked in the deep end and offered to help ease the workload until John finds his feet, after all, it may not be for long anyway.
