There lies problem, even if Negel step down he still will be pulling strings as current former directors have such large stake in MTB with shares and loans. Only hope here is eventually all major stake holders will want decent pay day with some involved here for decades. Billion shares on issue looks management doesn't want do raise rock bottom prices as it will dilute there holding.
