Cheryl left the board of Clarity to lead Starpharma as Chief Executive Officer

If you look at the finances of Clarity at end of quarter (March 24) the company had the same amount of money in the bank as Starpharma (not including the capital raising of $121 million).

The cash burn of Clarity was around 12 million versus 5 million in rounding off terms

Before capital raising was announced, Clarity's share price was $2.95 (CR was announced 26/3/2024)

It's market capitalisation was around $750 million AU

It's platform is focused around radiotherapy



So Starpharma's market cap taken in the same time period was $52 million AU. It was valued at around 15 times less than Clarity
End of March quarter Starpharma held around $26 million in cash
End of March quarter Clarity held around same amount in bank


It does not make any sense at all to me

Clarity $750 million valuation end of March quarter
Starpharma $52 million valuation end of March quarter

Clarity's platform is based on and targeting radiotherapy

Starpharma's platform is based on dendrimers and one of it's target is radiotheranostics (just a small subsection of it's technology)


Starpharma is way undervalued and unloved at the moment

The biggest difference is that Clariy has now around $135 million in the bank versus us with around $24 million in bank
