India , China and Japan have yet to come on board . Burns in the developed world is not major. An ageing population with the obesity tsunami is our market yet not fully penetrated. I have great hopes for the orthobiologics where MTX will be used de novo in the old and in poor blood supplied fractures. A non healing fracture is a major problem and can lead to major life changing decisions like ending up in a nursing home.
