Hi Tez , The options money will come in 12 months not now , where will the money come from ? its in the bank, share price will be $'s in 12 months, most sophs have sold out from last August and I bet they have this time , the options are a lead weight on the share price ,its best for long term shareholders to vote NO, the less dilution now the better.
