    Indeed db, the 'right people' means people dedicated to seeing the company progress not regress.
    The HRZ BODs looks to have turned that corner with these latest announcements and the GSR board will evaporate after the merger. Individual board members in the merged entity can and will be voted out in due course where warranted.
    Personally looking forward to being part of Horizon's future.
