However, the current board is less transparent than the previous one. They have stopped informing shareholders of the dividend that Tshipi pays. Where is the money coming from to pay for the development? As I understand our board is obliged to pay 70% of what Tshipi pays to JMS shareholders in dividends

The HPMSM operation is still a big unknown as there might not ever be a HPMSM supply deficit. Also when the HPMSM development costs balloon what will be the div pay ratio then ? 50%? 20% ?
