I'll play the game. This CR which is for sure and certain any week now, what is the purpose of it? Can't be for general expenses as they have enough cash. What do you reckon it's for?
Agree with you that doing a CR before FID would be madness. Unless FID gets pushed out to later Q3 or Q4.
