So @Starlink you have made a new thread title claiming “nasal spray to be included by September” and yet the email from the TGA you posted clearly states:
”A regulatory decision regarding the ARTG inclusion status of the product will proceed in the following weeks.”
Why is it that you seem to think it’s ok for you to post misleading and false information ….. read the TGA email again because the excerpt above doesn’t mean it will be ‘included’ and / or ‘approved’ by September like you are claiming. The TGA could render a negative “decision” and Viraleze nasal spray would therefore not be included by September?
You’re the first to have a go @sarge17 (who posts facts by the way) but seem to think it’s ok to post whatever you like regardless of the claims you make being false or misleading ? What I did find amusing though is the fact that you posted the TGA email content that clearly disproves your own statement made in the thread title itself …. you can’t make this stuff up … lol
You of all people should know there are no guarantees when it comes to regulatory bodies …. especially where Starpharma is concerned given all their flops and false starts ?
