or he's a rather sad case.

IMO its going to take a lot of force and perhaps good luck
to drive the Russians back to pre-2014 borders . IMO that won't happen.

So the sane and sensible strategy is:
-ceasefire
-negotiations (with neutral facilitator....not the USA)

At least this will qualify where both parties are at now
without the propaganda.

Alternative: More of the same, IMO.
