Looks to me like they shook the flea retail holders off these past few weeks, dumped it, allowed new institutional buyers to replace all you dummy retail holders and now, you can’t participate in the SPP (if any at all).
Personally the more I really think about it the better the move.
Gumby retail holders were manipulated into sales by people lik you, know they lost the spot.
