If you were a gold or copper producer with a provable resource and signed up buyers, you could get finance at the drop of a hat. Kaolin is much more different. There is also the problem of how much equity you give away. It's a little like that TV show where they will fund you but in return want a hefty slice of the company and a night with your wife.
