u don’t understand how this works do u.
thats not the question to ask.
traxys fund these plays. know why? because of the nature of the industry. it being opaque and traditional lenders not like it that.
the real question is if the offtakes are real why didn’t Traxys fund it? they have a billion dollar facility. they’d do it with their eyes shut.

traxys lose absolutely nothing by signing what they’ve signed. zero. why would traxys sign a binding agreement and then leave it to traditional lenders who don’t know the market as well as they do and potentially miss out on this world class opportunity to make a bucket of cash because everyone’s lining up to buy it..????

in fact , Traxy’s funding is in their best interest because they then control everything much like the bank controls “your” house (which isn’t really yours while you owe them money) so Traxy’s get an uninhibited run at selling this world class resource.

if u can’t see how this doesn’t add up then u never will.
