As most would know I rarely post or comment on the threads and often have very little to say.

Having said that, I believe an announcement must be issued to allay fears in the stock and company progress towards finance.

There is no gaurantee that a cr will be successful based on what has occurred over the past three years. If that was the case where the cr failed, the stock would go and stay in suspension until finance is resolved.

This is why the shorts will have a very narrow window of opportunity before a trading halt is announced. The stock price will lead the way.

Sure the sp is at a lucrative price, but risk vs reward is very high without a shareholder update of some sorts.
