A little about me - I've been in business over 30 years and am very good at what I do, according to my long standing customers. The business provides me with a very good income but is a lifestyle business with a little extra besides. It requires a lot of physical exertion which cannot be continued into my old age. This was the reason for trying to find 'something else' which is where forex trading came in. I did the courses, learned the craft, and spent many, many months learning, when time permitted that is. I tried it, I liked it, and made money at it, but as any trader will tell you - lost a considerable amount also. You have to take the losses with the winning trades but handled correctly a lot of successful trading relies on money management. This is why you cannot do it part time. You are either in or out, but as I say it is boring as hell watching charts and when you have been 'hands on' for many years its hard to adjust.
So my useless uneducated 'friend' you can trade part time, you can make money at it, and be good at it, but to make a 'career' at it you need to do it full time.
As for ADN, and to all newbies. I have told this repetitive non holding poster numerous times, ADN have a great product, a great market and are so close to making all us LTH's and any new holders a lot of money. End of times and his pals cannot say anything other than the share price has dropped from 40's to where we are now and the BOD has changed. All of this is quite normal for a spec stock. Dont always happen, but it does in a lot of cases, but thats the risk you take at this end of the market. Do your own research and you will find out for yourself and ignore the bleating from these lost sheep!
