Have they ? Three Substantial Holders have dumped over 100 million shares in the last 12 months and now 'Cease to be Substantial Holders' but hey don't take my word for it, have a read of the official ASX announcements. I would also add that one previous top 20 shareholder claimed he had doubled his holdings this year and if that were true he would have featured in the Top 20 Shareholders list in the 2024 AR released this week given the lowest number on there was 2,739,822 shares - he didn't appear on the list so you do the math as he is obviously misleading the forum once again ?
2. Starpharma’s patents alone would be worth many times current value
How so .... after years of well advanced discussions with 'several potential partners' to date no one wants to license any of the patented DEP® drugs we trialed so how are they worth anything at all at present ? In fact no one has even made a takeover attempt while our market cap sits at circa $37 million so in my opinion that demonstrates that big pharma see the patents as basically worthless ?

3. As far as AG selling a few million
A few million ?? Perhaps go to spec savers .... AG have decreased their holdings by more than 50% and are now down to only holding 27,938,497 shares as 31 July 2024... 30+ million shares sold hardly equates to a few million and of course you're glossing over the fact that 2 other Substantial Holders have dumped tens of millions of shares.

False - all up, almost 100 million shares have been dumped by 3 substantial holders (M&G FIL and AG) and no one single institution as you claim absorbed these much less just the 30+ million from AG on their own.
5. could see this share price back at $1 in a heartbeat
lol .... this is almost as good a prediction as our DEP® drugs being worth billions in Post #:40584554 Post #:29439206 etc.... I think you're hoping SPL has a turn around like another aussie biotech did from their share price of 26 cents - these two companies are very different and of course that company has actually progressed on multiple fronts with the FDA whereas Starpharma have run away from the FDA after multiple rejections / CRL's

If by negative facts you mean down ramper's rubbish .... whatever gets you through the day I guess? It amazes me that many on the Starpharma forum are happy with the positive ramping of falsities like @antibotter 's false Bell Potter increasing their holdings claims this morning but the moment negative facts are posted with links / evidence to substantiate them, they are considered down ramping?
Call it down ramping if you like, but me, I like to stick with the facts and what you have posted above is a far cry from that - just sayin'
