Hey Piggy, you may have mistyped that but the options are not a 13:1. They are a 1:1 based on any share you purchase
If your holding is 1M shares, then your rights issue is 1M/13 = 76923 shares * 0.012 = $923, and you get the free 76923 options as well (ie 1:1)
