    And again, to be specific, CM mentioned sales, not revenue. It would be fair to assume that sales refers to units sold.

    In this context, a company could have a ‘marketing campaign’ of ‘buy one widget get 4 widgets free’. Sure, ‘sales’, would be up, but revenue a very different story.

    Read between the lines. Always be sceptical. We shall see.
