I seems almost inconceivable that people would not even look at the basic nature of an investment beyond charts, but I am prepared to believe it happens Funky. Being hit-for-six because of an announcement that could have been anticipated to some extent, is flying-blind though to my mind.
An eye to both camps seems common sense though.
