Once the finance has been sorted, I do not see the need to immediately consolidate. I anticipate that settling finance will have a major impact on the current share price that will take it above the option excise price of 0.0175. Should this happen I think there will be a major sell off by holders of the heads held to convert options asap, as I also see the options rising very quickly and thus providing a good opportunity for a good return on investment.

I believe that there are 328,448,405 ADNOC options in total that can be converted at 0.0175 that will provide $5,747,847 cash into the ADN kitty, assuming of course that all options are converted. This will the leave ADN with around 3,57,176,094 shares with a market cap of around $35,717,609 @ 10c or $57,148,174 @16c as the experts predict.

Idle ramblings (not financial advice) on a wet Sunday afternoon in NQ but plenty of food for thought to consider over the next few weeks.

ADNOC as follows
318 448 405 issued
10 138 200 performance rights
20 000 000 broker fees
348 586 605 total ADNOC @ 0.0175 = $6,100,265

ADN shares 3,500,000,000 @10c = $350,000,000 or @16c = $560,000,000

Options are selling very fast... I picked up a few more this morning before a big bite stepped in.
