What Dott is referring to is the SI's that took the last major placement at 6.4cents.

1.8 billion shares where issued, if its not them who else would it be?....its been them selling since DEC.


If they didn't sell and had some loyalty the stock would be closer to 15 cents now, instead of languishing at 10% above the placement price.

That is why their is no confidence in any CR that they do, regardless of what they buy with it.

Every CR since Sept 2009 has produced the same results, pump then dump.

Check the major sellers from ABU's( I think its Abu's) post's and then see who the major brokers to the issue where.

Its pretty simple.
