Doesn't inspire confidence. And what's with 'consulting' CSO? Usually researchers spin out of the university with the company. Looks like this CSO has their feet dipped in both pools. I'm starting to think that TIS is their personal bank account for funding academic research.

Considering the government funding cuts for scientific research, this capital raising has come at a very convenient time for them.
