I don't think anybody would admit to be a soph on vmt in its current state. I fell dumb and stupid and conned with my holding atm.

I am still a holder as disclosed.

The last think vmt really needs is another EGM but just want to know what the funk is going on. I find it very difficult to make any decision based on the lack of information. I don't know how long the 651k in the quarterly will last. What sales are pending and what is our production capability? How is staff morale ? Have not heard a beep about the review from Alicia. Is she still there ? Jacks gone which indicates only trouble at vmt.

My gut feeling is they will need more cash I don't think Stage 2 has not been fitted out so even if they get an OEM deal it will need to be funded.

If we don't get some answers and I get enough support I will organise to call the EGM but by the time the meeting is called it will be atleast 10 weeks and will might be out of cash by then.

Ideally management should be focusing on the business and getting it up and going so would prefer not to interfere but sometimes enough is enough. Even gottalovevmt is only giving it one more quarterly, Lets hope we get that far.

I just feel that current management have run their race, we have given them plenty of opportunities and cash and the only ones to make money out of vmt will be the traders which does not help any of the long term holders here.

Is anybody happy with the current management at vmoto.
