Finch and co seem to have completely lost sight of their fundamental obligations as directors , namely to act in the best interests of the company. This is a classic "conflict of interest" situation where they are endeavouring to further their personal interests at the expense of the company. This sort of action is the reason small cap miners (and other companies) struggle to get shareholder capital and support. It is a high risk industry and no one in their right mind will take the risk if there is no coresponding reward simply because the directors siphon off the cream just as a project is coming to fruition. The worst part is that it is so blatant and brazen. I hate being taken for a mug and the more I look at this the angrier I get !
