These are meant to be general remarks, which could be grossly inaccurate, but are meant to draw in comments from earlier shareholders.
1.Philip Wood has been an Intec director since 1993 & CEO since 1997.
I have never seen a CEO lasting that long unless he is an outstanding performer ( we can safely assume that doesn't apply)
2. He seems to rely heavily on Kieran Rodger & Dave Sammut to do his job.
Could Kieran Rodgers be a better CEO? Any comments.
3.Philip Wood seems to have run out of ideas & had to resort to AFG for " strategic review"
If he was a high calibre CEO,this would have been unnecessary.
4.Being a lawyer,he might be useful in patents protection/litigations (as evidenced by the latest Nippon settlement),but this is not the only duty of a CEO(we already have patent protection lawyer)
4.His latest buying on market gives him a little credit.
An input from earlier holders ,who are most definitely more familiar Philip Wood, will be appreciated.
I will humbly admit my ignorance.
