extreme value scan

Hi all,

I am looking for stocks for my watchlist that fit the following criteria. It doesn't matter what sector they are in, so long as they are not resource stocks. I have currently gone through a few hundred and have only come back to one that I already hold (TZL).

1. Sub $50m market cap
2. More than 1 year of cash remaining
3. Chart in either an uptrend or has bottomed out.
4. Management with a track record of success. Preferably well known.
5. Margin - high net margin >30%
6. Competition - competition should be minimal
7. Market - > $10b pa
8. Price to sales of 1.5 or less
9. No litigation against pending
10.Major companies as customers or potential customers
11. Product must give customers a competitive advantage
12. Preferably not a HC darling. The more unloved the better.

Does anybody know of the best software to assist with fundamentals?
