I have no idea why Harper sold 1.25 million shares via a cross trade.
This would not be part of the current general market selldown of WAF shares.
Harper still has 17.8 million shares and 9 million options so he has a huge stake in the company.
Interesting that the consideration for the transaction was not specified in the notice.
I suppose he wanted some money now. After all he got his shares as part of the intial set up of the company and it is unknown to me how much he actually put into the company (or indeed any other director who got shares) to set up the operations. They did spend some money exploring the area ahead of the listing, and getting the tenements.
