you will find a very large portion of BERU energy tenements are on land which is subjected to native title, correct?
maybe beru energy negotiated with the TOs on that area and if that is the case maybe GOT can do the same the island for the water tenements.
how does beru energy action apply to GOT, what you expect them(GOT) to walk away from there legal rights and get nothing in return?
