The company that I had been advised was once something to hold as it held a tight register is no more. Oh dear oh dear, the strategy of IMX continues to unfold and their desire for censorship on public discussions becomes clearer by the day. Share Options quietly go through that would never have succeeded after today's announcement with IMX relinquishing their percentage share. The package barely got through as it was. If it hurts while you sit down this morning and you don?t know why, one should go back and read the last couple of announcements made without your UNX rose coloured glasses on. Any pretence that this is good for Share Holders is absurd. Glad I am on the sidelines with this one, there will be significant pressure on the Share Price over the coming months.
Interesting how the percentage of IMX was not offered to another strategic investor, surely that would have been a better result for UNX Share Holders. All I can suggest is disenchanted Share Holders contact ASIC and raise a potential Conflict of Interests in this deal.
