    Farmboy...Not sure I understand your calculations.

    I think what was meant is...

    Earnings per share have effectivly been diluted by the placement of 16.9 million shares which equates to approximately 10% of previous issue.

    So our income will be about 10% less per share...
    We obviously don't lose 10% of our stock just 10% of earning potential.
