my decision will only change if there is a problem with locking in the bridging facility....only a couple of weeks for the green light imho.

i'll be satisfied, if enough confidence is shown in the project by extending the bridging facility within such turbulent times.....my position is, why would a lender simply throw away 15 million without doing their own due diligence?

i see rau has had a horrid past and cost holders plenty but based on known knowns, i'm having a stab due a huge potential upside which, on the surface at least, this appears to have.

so i'm looking fwd and not back.

i've had recent contact with ray shorrocks and am satisfied, however, if i'm being taken for a ride, i'll hound him daily and join the many in future hoping to provide the very same warning.

it is clear that the market does not believe they are capable of pulling this off but i'm sure sentiment will change if the lenders' sign on the dotted line.
