The Professor is selling his shares because he is p**d that he has been removed from the company that he believes he is the leader and like most founders believes they are indispensable. It has nothing to do with Bergen or any issues. He wants to take his bat & ball and go home. You have raised some significant issues that you have with both the MD and the company so will you be attending the investor briefings next week in Sydney & Melbourne and raising your concerns with Michael directly. You can tell him yourself.
