so there we have it, another one that sold the family home, and sitting it out, waiting for the crash, so as to buy back in....
afraid these are the people that are really very very angry....imo....
they were so sure it would crash, and they could buy back in at a huge discount....
we have some still here, silent witnesses, who sold in 2000, when they bragged they had picked the top of the market....
they sat back and watched the price moves up another 50% on average....imagine looking at how much they had lost in profit....let alone finding any tiny bit of evidence of a crash...
some have been honest over the years, accepted their fate, and either ended up renting in an inferior suburb, or buying out in neverland, far away from their home owner friends...
based on assumptions, that the property market is the same as the stockmarket , and can be played accordingly...is the biggest mistake....
and never the twain shall meet....
hmmm, what was his name...stockpicks, stockdog, or something similar....he was a stock guru.....in his own mind...
I do feel sorry for them.....
but the markets are a dog eat dog...game, it is ruthless, it bears no grudges, has no memory, and treats everyone with a callous disregard for their feelings, it loves their money...and mostly it plays on their emotions....that one subject, brings with it , the biggest rewards....
if one wants to be really successful....get rid of emotions and feelings, this is not the place for that...
you need hard facts, and figures,
make it a new years resolution....get rid of anger, and emotions, and look outside the square you live in....
    now have a good day
