Was there an agreement signed with the govt that STB will give 10% of it free to the govt? Or is this only an intention that STB has (to incentivise the govt to help STB progresses it to DFS)? When was the announcement made?
Has the govt indicated that it will put up 30% of $700M, i.e. $210M? The govt is not very wealthy, isn't it? The country isn't wealthy either..From where does the govt cough up $210M? Print money like USA?
