Thanks for the research Microtrader, backed up my own 10 minutes whilst we waited for the open. In and out today for a tidy sum.
Given a 10% Royalty on 50% of that revenue, it looks like an annual fee to ADO of about $1.6m.... I would guess it still makes them cash flow negative.
Geoff needs to pull his finger out.
