now why would BioMira do that? Hmmmm - they are in the Cancer Vaccine business and they owned 10% of the CancerVac subsidiary but instead they have elected to own the equivalent amount of shares in the parent spread across 4 busines lines - maybe the whole company is that cheap that BioMira want exposure to it all.
Maybe there is more to it than meets the eye . . .
