Some great points kacy, thanks for those, agree about the ore quality, sub 30% rubbish is usually what they have to work with. Read once that the average grade of Chinese ore was 26% and dropping by a % per year, that was a few years ago.
FMS may be also very motivated to make the legal challenge, by way of the international hedge fund operators who have according to this blog, picked up half the shares, they would be breathing down GS neck saying we want out quarter of a billion dollars back now please.
