This is typical BOA. I have seen this before with other holdings they own. They are making money buy bidding at 24.5 & selling at 25 cents and so on.They are making money off the novice investors who panic.
The stock will be re-rated after today's news.
Expect a SP of 35 to 40 cents by end of April 2012.
