Raiden Resources (ASX:RDN) has announced the results of a mapping program carried out at the Arrow North project in Western Australia.
The company reported that field observations have confirmed visual spodumene mineralisation in outcropping pegmatites at the project.
Arrow is situated in a well-established lithium-pegmatite district, already known for hosting lithium-bearing pegmatites.
While the visual identification of spodumene mineralisation is a positive development, it’s important to note that further analysis is required for a precise understanding.
Samples have been collected and are being sent for additional XRD analysis to confirm the presence of mineralisation.
The results of soil sampling analysis are also pending and are expected to provide valuable insights in the near term.
This discovery is part of Raiden’s agreement with Arrow Minerals (ASX:AMD) to earn an 85 per cent position in the Arrow project’s lithium-caesium-tantalum (LCT) rights, with the option to purchase 100 per cent of those rights.
“Our systematic exploration efforts have once again been rewarded, this time on the Arrow project,” RDN Managing Director Dusko Ljubojevic said.
RDN shares were up five per cent, trading at 4.1 cents at 10:35 am AEDT.
