I agree. Refinancing debt is also a breeze with all of the money floating around over there. It's hard to see it going to zero and not much actually has to happen for share price to start reflecting Net Asset Value of $5+ per share. There's also some strong manager alignment mixed with major shareholder tension that should help to keep things honest.
