interesting note
they aways fall for the reduction in Capex,,implying it will come back to shareholders somehow,,but capex is earnt from cashflow as they have poor cashflow and no divs for 2 years why hold it?,,,,,,,
its like swanny spending money in budgets with money that hasnt been earnt...end of the day,,,now they think no DIV for 2 years, wow,,,,,,,,,why risk or hold it,,,,
