quote from agm...As announced to the market on 25 October 2012, the Solomon Islands High Court has expunged previous adverse rulings against Axiom’s subsidiary in the Solomon Islands, AxiomKB Limited and the matter has been set down for a hearing in August this year.

quote from 21st dec 2012.......Axiom Mining Limited advises that the Solomon Islands High Court has set eight consecutive weeks starting from 5 August 2013 for trial in the case of SMM Solomon Limited v the Solomon Islands Government, the registered landowners of Kolosori and Axiom KB Limited.
The Court has set a definitive timetable which includes a case management conference on 7 February 2013 and a pre-trial conference before judge on 23 May 2013.



but we were told on the 25th November.......The Court also ordered that all issues in dispute should go to trial and the parties agree to an expedited timetable

we waited till the 21st December for the expedited timetable.

then yesterday.......Axiom Mining Limited (“Axiom”) advises that a Direction Hearing regarding the case 258/11 of SMM
Solomon Limited v Solomon Islands Government, Axiom KB Limited and the registered landowners of
Kolosori took place on 26 July 2013 in Honiara, Solomon Islands

a direction hearing....
i) in a case in which the Court considers it appropriate, direct the parties to attend a case management conference with a Judge or Registrar to consider the most economic and efficient means of bringing the proceedings to trial and of conducting the trial, at which conference the Judge or Registrar may give further directions
both parties agreed after a court meeting on the 26th and where were we notified of that.
