I am told BBG has an exposure to the recently failed US retail chain which could be considered substantial to BBG's profit forecasts. Like my warnings to Globe shareholders last year about GLB not making their forecasts, I believe it is very dangerous to be long BBG in a market which punishes high p/e stocks for not living up to expectations. With the US consumer slowing his rate of purchases what will happen to the BBG share price if profit comes in lower than expected given BBG is on a p/e of 21? I will give you a hint, have a look at what happened to GLB and ALL.
