What do you find cute that AMP has not performed?

Have a look at the share price when Craig was appointed as GM. Look at the share price now.
Have a look at dividends when Craig was appointed and current dividends.

So what criteria of performance satisfies you? Obviously you must like losses. Name me one thing that Craig has done which has had a tangible benefit to our share price. Look at the chart since he was appointed.

I also would direct you to 30 June 2013 accounts. How many PAGES of the report are dedicated to executive salaries? How many LINES were dedicated to explain why earnings per share had dropped? Do you think this was criminal by the Board?

Show me one instance where this Board has accepted responsability for their disastrous mismanagement.

All GDennis is doing is pointing to the bleeding obvious and he gets attacked.

How about share holders stop being sheep?
