Another West Leederville JV - looks good. Wish it was more towards the strand project, friends bought in but I didn't get in. Am liking the potential northbridge development though (personally and for the company) - will be interesting to see what apartment prices do in the next few years - will property really keep on going, or like what seems inevitable in all markets, eventually pop and simmer back down to a better price?

Dividend should be released soon,should it not? I don't recall, but have they provided any guidance on the interim amount? reckon it'll match the last, 3.5c?

Interesting to note that I recall someone stating $1.60 was our resistance line, and we seem to finally have breached that and are entering new territory. THoughts anyone on Finbar's fair value at this price? Reckon we're entering overvalued territory with all the sharemarket/property hype, or we're chugging along at a nice, steady, justified pace?

Was hoping to get more at $1.6 but looks like it's taken off now!
