Davidoli referenced a note saying that the asx200 deletion will trigger $17m of sales. ie 50m shares or so.
does anyone have any idea how that number was calculated? and how long the S&P gives to achieve compliance with the new weighting.
if the process started on the 3rd we are about 20% there - or else it is just starting - or else the shorts will use the selling to close their positions.
any insight will be helpful. thanks
